Today on the show, I sat down with my new friend Jess Wolstenholm. Jess is the VP of Education and Spiritual Formation at Minno Kids. She is a child media specialist and we invited her on the show to help us digest talking to kids about hard topics and scripture. We also get into screen time. Her love of kids ministry and children's literature led her to put her passions to work for the company that is now Minno in early 2018. With today's super busy, hyper-connected families, they try to meet parents right where they are to deliver helpful Bible-teaching tools and encouraging reminders through blog posts, podcasts, downloads, and social media content.Author of The Pregnancy and Baby Companion books, she also contributed articles, essays, and resources to various parenting sites such as Motherly, the Huffington Post, Faith Gateway, and Scary Mommy. When she’s not writing, editing, or teaching kids about the Bible, you can find her reading children's books (coming-of-age, middle-grade adventures are her favorite!).
