At long last, counting has completed and 174 seats have been filled.  Fianna Fáil and Fine Gael will need some support to form a new government, but should Labour be the party to go in with them?  Speaking to Ciara this morning was Fergus Finlay Columnist with The Irish Examiner and Labour Party member.
