Howard Paster and Mike Sturdivant of Paster Properties

On this episode, I'm speaking with Howard Paster and Mike Sturdivant of Paster Properties, now a third-generation real estate company based in the Twin Cities. Howard joined Paster in 2000 and worked alongside his father, Edward, until his passing in 2012. Today, Howard continues Paster's legacy of combining local knowledge, regional insight, local relationships, and a broader national perspective. As VP of Development, Mike focuses on sourcing and completing development, redevelopment, leasing, and acquisition projects for Paster. He's been instrumental in forming new joint venture partnerships and expansion into multifamily development and played a key role in Paster's Texa Tonka projects.
