Amad is an internationally certified HR and Talent Management Professional with certificates in Strategic Human Resource Leadership from Cornell University, Law for HR Practitioners obtained from The University of the West Indies, he has also obtained a Professional in International Human Resources designation from HRCI and is also a certified John Maxwell Coach, Teacher, Speaker, Trainer, and Behavioral Analyst. He is currently on a journey to becoming a book author and was recently named a Top 49 Millennial in The Bahamas for the work he is doing in the Human Resources and Talent Management industry.
