I used to hate drinking water and all I would drink was coke (my pop of choice), that is until my dentist told me that I was going to rot the teeth right out of my head. I decided I had to find something else to drink since I hated tooth pain more than anything else. I still wasn’t crazy about the idea of water, until I heard that it helps with constipation and I remembered how much time I had spent in the bathroom trying to get things to move. I decided I better give water a serious try. Today, I am an avid water drinker and I am here to tell you all the benefits you will see too. And I even have some tips to help you get enough each day.
