You've read the title of this episode and now you're thinking "WTF?" We've become so used to using the word "lazy" that we don't realize the harm it causes for some of us. For years, I've been telling myself that I'm a lazy person, thinking that it would justify whenever I didn't want to do something. By doing that, I was digging a deeper hole for my mental illness. Now, I try my best to not use that word anymore. To some of you, this episode won't apply to you and that's fine! But if you have some mental health issues, especially in your 20s, then I think this short episode might be beneficial to you.
