Summary

Jaime is a Certified   Neuro-Transformational Results Coach who helps free women from the   emotional turmoil of past relationships or loss. Instead of feeling trapped   and helpless, they move beyond their pain to create new energy, love for   themselves, and a new life trajectory. What she found is that her clients are ready to free themselves from   the pain, and even though they try things like therapy or motivation, they   continue to stay stuck simply because they do not have the complete tools and   resources. She found one critical   piece in order to have the breakthroughs they’re seeking to experience what   it feels like to reach their fullest potential.  It requires an understanding of how the   brain works and to experience embodied shifts so that the trauma they hold   can be released and new positive beliefs can be formed. She is on a mission to serve these clients   and provide them with the skills necessary to heal. After experiencing a   great loss of her sister at the age of 26, and later an abusive relationship,   Jaime had to go through her own healing process of redefining her truth and   living in it boldly. Coach Jaime guides those who are suffering from loss,   abuse, haunted pasts, and limiting beliefs overcome the darkness and live   again.  She believes FIRMLY  in 3 key points:  1. In less than an   hour a day, you can implement this powerful neuroscience- based routine to   skyrocket your energy instead of draining it. 2. This one science-based   process can eliminate anxiety and worry, and stop the hamster wheel of   endless therapies and medication changes.  3. Instead of looking everywhere outside of   you, you can create a brand new life trajectory and healthy relationships with   tools you already have access to live your dream life with your dream   partner. Through her Master’s of Science in Education   and over 20 years as a previous Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Jaime has   an extensive background in studying the mind and behavioral patterns. She   helps her clients through her 8-step process to release fear and pain, unhook   from guilt and shame, develop positive belief systems, find their inner voice   again, stand firmly in their truth, and claim their abundant life with   self-confidence and courage. Coach Jaime offers personal and group coaching   programs, is a contributing writer in “Phoenix Fitness Fanatics Elevating   Your Mind, Body, & Spirit” Magazine, and co-authored a book “Becoming A   Girl Powerhouse” that will be published in July 2021. Jaime believes that no matter what you go   through, just do you positively and unapologetically. Your unique  imprint is more than enough.  If you want to learn more, please contact her for a free discovery   session.
