This episode I talk with David Albers. David Albers is the owner of Durable Dad Training & Education, LLC. He specializes in optimizing musculoskeletal health and performance through systematic mobility assessments, specific joint mobility & strength training methods, and providing targeted education to his clients. David practiced as a Certified Athletic Trainer for Cerner Corporation for almost 10 years providing musculoskeletal health care solutions for thousands of clients. David is passionate about teaching people how to take care of their joints and physical health so they can exercise, be active, navigate typical aches and pains, and reduce the likelihood of injury over their lifetime. He holds a Bachelor of Art degree in Athletic Training from Park University and a Master of Science in kinesiology from A.T. Still University, School of Osteopathic Medicine. He has advanced training from Functional Range Systems where he earned the titles of Functional Range Conditioning Mobility Specialist (FRC), and FRS Internal Strength Model Coach (FRS ISM). He diligently continues to pursue knowledge of the human body, works hard to maintain his own musculoskeletal health, and implements his growing expertise into his practice to help his clients develop greater mobility, joint strength, and movement control. https://functionalanatomyseminars.com/
