I Wish I Had Raised My Prices

Should you raise your prices? If you do, could it go bad and cost you a lot of money?  Will your customers get mad when you raise their price and cancel service?  

I've known and worked with 1000s of home service companies.  Universally, when it comes to raising prices, everyone gets nervous about the outcome.  But, there is a phrase I've never heard a single person say who's done it right... "I wish I hadn't raised my prices".
