ILMP Presents Mental Health Mondays: My Mother Wounds

Dropping the episode a little late today but ironically, I think it was purpose in that. This weekend was Mother’s Day and speaking to my mother and grandmother allowed me to want to be open about my mother wounds and how I’ve been learning to not only learn them but deal with them. It also allowed me to approach a week that left me heartbroken one year ago.
