Founded in 1996 to support pregnant women and new mothers in Holloway Prison, they’ve become experts in meeting the needs of women living in the most challenging situations in prison and in the community. In this episode Sam and Naomi shed light on the experience of pregnancy and birth in the criminal justice system, and what needs to change to improve the lives of women and babies who experience inequality and disadvantage.
