In this episode Edwina talks to Natasha Porter, Founder and Chief Executive of Unlocked Graduates, and Occy Cobb and Karan Rai about their experiences training to be Prison Officers through the organisation’s unique leadership development programme, and what they have learnt along the way. Natasha shares that her motivation to break cycles of reoffending lead her to create the Unlocked Graduates programme, which identifies talented people and supports them to spend two years working as frontline prison officers. The programme also challenges them to come up with new ideas to improve the way prisons work across the country.
