This week, Pam and Vee are talking about navigating the upheaval of change and the feeling of, "I'm here and I want to be there." We discuss the desire to leapfrog the present, especially when we're experiencing uncomfortable emotions. We agree that expectations are a path to disappointment and share some ways that we can drop those expectations and instead create space for ourselves to feel what we feel: gratitude, support, and self love are at the top of the list.
