In Praise of Bewilderment

In today’s episode, I explore a leadership experience that often feels uncomfortable but can be deeply instructive: bewilderment.

It begins during a large culture evolution engagement inside a national organization, where the work was progressing—but not in ways that felt neat or easily resolved.
