In The Booth 137 feat. Nick Hayes
from Sherm In The Booth · host Sherm In The Booth
Had such a great time interviewing the very talented Nick Hayes for episode 137 of SITB. Nick is currently based in ATL working in the film industry but is also a VERY talented DJ/Producer who's been making big moves in the scene for the past couple years. In 137 we discussed: -His early inspirations and influences - a Michigan native, Nick has a deep appreciation for all types of genres but had a life-changing experience at his first live electronic show -His production style and discography - Nick is a progressive house producer and has been building out his sonic identity over the past few years. His biggest track"Metrolink" was supported by none other than "Hodor" aka Kristin Nairn and the one and only Above and Beyond! -2020 thoughts - Being in the film industry is extremely time consuming but with delays in movie production, Nick has had more time in the studio than ever before. All I can tell you is... get ready!! I have a soft spot in my heart for progressive house and Nick's music is seriously something special. I'm a massive fan and I know after this interview you will be too! linktr.ee/sherminthebooth
