In The Booth 143 feat. Kevin Nahai

from Sherm In The Booth · host Sherm In The Booth

We're already two weeks into 2021 and I want to help ensure it's the best year of your life so far! We've got a very special interview today from one of the most inspiring people I've ever met - Kevin Nahai. Kevin is a life coach and public speaker who has committed his life to the betterment of himself and others. We had a really powerful conversation on a ton of relatable topics - I wanted to get Kevin on the show to discuss more about his journey and how he's helped so many others along the way. In 143 we discussed: -Kevin's story: This is someone who has been through so much in life - Kevin gave us a deeper understanding on moments(both positive and negative) that have made him who he is today. -His main areas of focus: As a life coach, Kevin helps his clients through tough times by relating to them through his own experiences on topics like dating in your 20's and 30's, managing anxiety, self-esteem and confidence issues, and body image disorders. We unpacked each of these and learned how Kevin approaches each with his clients. -2020 Thoughts: As mutually optimistic people, Kevin and I discussed the good that will hopefully come from what happened in 2020. We all spent more time with ourselves than ever before but we believe finding happiness internally is how you set yourself up for a better future. There was a ton of incredible side-bar conversations where Kevin and I opened up about our own stories and experience as well. I honestly felt so good after talking to Kevin and it's only further proof that he truly cares about helping others. Thank you for sharing your story with me and for anyone who wants to learn more about how you can connect with Kevin, hit him up on Instagram! @kevinnahai linktr.ee/sherminthebooth
