Increase in firms seeking mediation at SIMC amid the pandemic

The value of disputes heard by the Singapore International Mediation Centre has been on the rise.  In 2021 alone, the total value of disputes heard amounted to over US$3 billion, equalling the US$3 billion total dispute value for the previous six years (2014-2020) since SIMC’s inception.
