Inside Out with Ruth; A Stoma Care Nurse

In this episode, I chat to ruth jones, a stoma care nurse of over 25 years. We chat a little bit about current affairs and their impacts on the ostomy community before moving on to discuss a bunch of your guys questions including topics of exercise, intimacy and pregnancy.
