We are airing an episode from the health policy podcast Tradeoffs titled “We Need You”.   Nursing home workers and residents have been prioritized for COVID-19 vaccinations because of how deadly the pandemic for both staff and residents. But in the first several weeks of the rollout, many workers have passed on getting the injection.
