We pick up from Episode 64 and examine how the current lack of useable data to analyze use-of-force incidents undermines the message and mission of  many police agencies in the United States. We then discuss how more in-depth use-of-force data evaluation is desperately needed to help counter the inaccurate third-party analyses that have often been presented as “factual” by the mainstream media.
