The preparation now to go to the snowy Mountains means carrying snow change, which you might have to suffer the imposition of turning off the entertainment system, getting out of the car to fit them in the special laybys provided on the side of a sealed Rd. The conditions would have been a bit tougher back then, wouldn't they?
