Kelsey Freeman did eight months of research and wrote the book No Option but North.  This book is different to others about migration as it looks at migration from the lens of inequity which forces individuals to migrate.  The author also acknowledges her privileges as a white researcher and invites us to become conscientious of the causation of migration and our responsibilities in changing the status quo.
