In this episode, Tammy and Vee talk about mirroring - taking in, reflecting, and projecting old and uncomfortable emotions onto a present situation. We mirror the language and behaviors of others, as well as the styles and mannerisms. We get to choose how to use our energy - ask yourself, is this who I want to be right now?

Tammy also talks about labeling emotions and why this is a beneficial practice. Also, how do we take emotions out of the interaction so that we can engage from a less charged mindset?

When does mirroring promote lower vibration, and when does it elevate us?
