The Journey Inward is a podcast for men who are ready to begin an exploration of their inner landscape.

Rather than discuss what’s going on in the world-at-large, these conversations focus on what’s going on in your world–the world of emotions, feelings, needs, values, goals, and desires.

As you’ll discover, your experience of the people and the world around you is a reflection of what’s going on inside of you.

My goal with this podcast is simply to bring forward new concepts and ideas that will help you to explore, understand, and cultivate a more peaceful and balanced inner state, and to achieve greater success and satisfaction in your life.

Because the truth is that men need help. Men need tribe. Men need each other. This podcast is about a man who turned to another man and shared his shame and rebuilt his life after many failures.
