Introduction to Double Dee Turning a Negative into a Positive Episode 1

Send us Fan MailDana Dane and Dawny Dawn from Queens NY talk about when they first met as teenagers and touch upon the beginnings of some chapters together in their lives. Times of working together, living in the house of sin, having children, and their diagnosis of breast cancer. Dana was by Dawn’s side back in 2007 to lift her up during her journey with breast cancer. Dana knew it was a time to remind Dawn to get up and keep moving.  Emotionally and physically it was a very difficult time for Dawn. Not only did Dawn have breast cancer but she was also battling Multiple Sclerosis. Thanks to Dana pushing and uplifting Dawn along with all of her family and friends she grew stronger than ever. Dawn started a non profit Organization for breast cancer, Rocking the Road for a Cure.    Dana was diagnosed with Breast Cancer in 2023 and is still undergoing treatments. Through her surgery, chemo and radiation she continued to work with special Ed students. She is now awaiting a major surgery.
