Welcome to In My Feelings and Sh*t! This episode serves as an introduction as to what the premise of this podcast is. That is, a podcast about my personal journey with grief, mental health, and life in general after many years of keeping those thoughts to myself or to a select few. I grew up believing that talking about it was a sign of weakness, so here I am, breaking the cycle, and most importantly breaking my silence. All of course in an extremely blunt way.
