Abdur Rahman ibn Yusuf Mangera Muslim Central Dr. Mufti Abdur-Rahman ibn Yusuf is a distinguished British Muslim scholar renowned for his profound scholarship and educational contributions. He has memorized the Qur’an and pursued extensive Islamic studies under the guidance of esteemed scholars in the UK, South Africa, India, and Syria.
