In this episode, we dive into shadow work with guest expert Ariel Delurey.Ariel is an intuitive channel, energy healer, and trauma-informed shadow work guide that aims to assist individuals in integrating and facing their shadow so that they can move towards self-love, acceptance, and deeper levels of healing.Having moved through her own dark period of life and having moved through her own childhood traumas and loss that kept her feeling stuck, she has come to know that the only way out is through. Navigating her spiritual awakening and healing process, coming face to face with her shadows, has helped her to go from repeating patterns and limiting thoughts to breaking free of it all and feeling fulfilled.
