Ireland to miss EU Pay directive deadline

Ireland will miss the deadline to implement the EU Pay Transparency Directive, with a phased rollout planned and continued uncertainty for employers due to lack of legislation and guidance.   For more on this and reaction Anton spoke to Julie Galbraith, Chief Business officer at Arachas and Chair of the Employment Law Association of Ireland.
