Ray founded Strothman+Co over 40 years ago when he realized he was not satisfied with the service philosophy of the first firms he worked with. He saw a void in the marketplace, a range of entrepreneurs and family-owned businesses that were not being served well, and he decided to fill the need. He saw a need for a firm with an entrepreneurial spirit that could partner with local business owners to help ignite growth. A firm that goes beyond routine work to truly help its clients go further. In the forty years since then, a lot has changed, but equally, some things have remained the same. It’s always been our philosophy to develop meaningful partnerships with our clients by doing great work that helps them grow their businesses.
