This week It’s the VFTF works Christmas do and you’re all invited along! Returning host Chris has put some money behind the bar, Charles Lumley has provided the venue and Paul Savage has provided the booze and they are the panellists to guide us through Part One of tonights special festive edition of the pod. The guys begin by discussing another winless afternoon for the Mariners at Bromley and the questionable team selection of David Artell, a manager that’s arguably been afforded too much patience up to now or perhaps he’s only just in the ascendency of a long term project aligned with the owners? The fan base appears split on the answer to that conundrum. In Part Two Steve Young and Dave Laister join the party to have a wider look at the season so far and debate whether or not we have made any significant improvement from this time last year. And then they turn their attention to the impending January transfer window and how Artell and co may go about changing the fortunes and inspiring a squad currently devoid of all confidence.
