Have you ever looked at someone else's life and wished it was yours? Maybe you feel stuck, unfulfilled and as though you are just going through life on autopilot. Or perhaps you have a longing for something more, but think that it’s all too late for you.  We are conditioned to think that the way to win at life is to have a 2.4 family, a stable job and a nice house with a garden, so why is it that so many of us who seemingly have all of this, are unhappy?  It was a question that kept nagging away at my guest for this week, who at the beginning of the second half of her life, made the brave decision to leave everything she knew to embark on an adventure that many of us only talk about.  Anne Boyd, left her career in academia and life as an empty-nester to pursue her dream of travel and being an actual, real, full-time writer and writing coach at the age of 52. So if you have ever wondered if it’s too late to change your life, then let this conversation convince you otherwise.  Connect with Anne Boyd: https://anneboydrioux.substack.com/ Connect with me: www.flipitglobal.com Socials: #FlipItwitLauraHearn Instagram: laura_lhearn TikTok: laura_lhearn YouTube: @FlipItPodcast  Sign up to my Substack and and join the Flip It community: https://laurahearn.substack.com/  If you have a story to share, I’d love to hear from you:  https://www.speakpipe.com/FlipIt     Hosted on Acast.
