I've Read Books, Listened to Podcasts, Attended Workshops...Now What? Episode #10

Knowing and doing are two very distinct things. You might have a wealth of knowledge. You might even be able to articulate with significant detail what you believe to be true for you. And even so, you may not be living in that truth. At least, not consistently.  What keeps us from easily shifting? Why is change so difficult? Even if we know better.
