Jade Rolling, Manifesting & Community Ft Satchel Lee

from Naked Beauty

A creative career felt pretty inevitable for Satchel. As the daughter of producer Tonya Lewis Lee and director Spike Lee, Satchel has always had a great appreciation for storytelling but she's already carving out a distinct voice of her own. And growing up in New York, there were always plenty of stories to tell. In high school, Satchel first found her creative community in an affinity group for queer kids called “The Network.” Then, as a film student at NYU, she went on to establish a black artist collective known as “Chromatic.” Today, Lee has teamed up with childhood friend Caroline D’Arcy Gorman to establish DRØME, a magazine “for those who dare”. With exclusive interviews from artists like Billie Eilish, Amandla Stenberg, and Ashton Sanders, DRØME is well on it’s way to becoming THE alternative magazine for Gen-Z. On this episode of Naked Beauty, Satchel and I talk beauty politics, intersectional feminism, dating apps, and so much more!Links to Products/Resources Mentioned:Naturopathica Manuka Cleansing Balm, DE Slaai Cleansing Balm, Microfiber Towels, Alpyne Beauty Cleanser, Thayer’s Witch Hazel Pads, Fenty Concealer, Glossier Concealer, MAC Bronzer, Glossier Cloud Paint, Maguette African Hair Braiding, Easy (S2E7- Lady Cha Cha), Glossier Boy Brow, Shiffa Jade Roller, Banana Skirt Fitness, Santal 33 Body Lotion, L’Occitane Shea Butter Body Cream, Glossier Balm DotcomJoin the Naked Beauty Community on IG: @nakedbeautyplanet Rate,...
