James 4:13-17 - "Tomorrow is the Lord's"

from Generations Church Sermons

Episode Notes A few applications as we head into our time of sharing our “Take Aways” For Myself;  I want to plan better.  Plan more proactively.  I need to lean less into “God will do what He will” and more into “Lord here are my plans, please bless and so move in them” For Our Mature Believers;  We never retire from humble service to the Lord.  We plan, replan, and so live out a life, but do it as an example to those new to the faith.  An example of how to plan, with proper submission and worship of God.  Never weary from the living out this command.  You never know who is watching…. For our New Christians;  Baring the name Christ.  Changes your entire way of planning your life.  It requires much humility and committed thought.  But, you can also live a life in deep peace.  Knowing that if your plans are righteous, you do not have to worry if your plans are right.  God will alter your path if He needs to.  So plan, plan a life full of love and experiences that always submit to your love and worship of Jesus. For our Families;  Planning a marriage, planning if and or when to have kids, planning where to live and how.  All these are burdens every family bares.  But dear Christian family, NEVER forget your number one.  Never negate proper worship of God in pursuit of anything else.  Parents, your Childs success in worldly ventures are a worthy work, which can bear fruit in this world.  But your child’s faith in God is one with eternal fruit.  DO NOT FALL FOR THE TEMPTATION, that your can for a season train your child in things of this world, and then things of God.  You do not know what tomorrow brings, and the training up in the way of the Lord is a COMMAND to be done in the day to day!   Do not negate the worship of God in your homes…. Kids, learn now, God first.  This truth will bless your life more than I could ever tell **For anyone who doesn’t know Jesus; ** Let me invite you today.  To seek out truth, and so to submit your life to the creator of the world.  We are all broken, none of us are good.  We are all just humbly seeking Christ, that Hi sprit might grow us, change us, and so bring us into a greater work.  This world is broken and all in it, but in Christ you can be made whole…. Would you today, trust God with the future of your life, and so submit to Christ is lord and savior…..  I would love to answer any question syou may have… For more information, please visit https://genfamily.church Find out more at https://generations-church-sermons.pinecast.co
