James 5: Saving Souls from Death

James 5:19-20

James ends his letter encouraging us to save souls from death. Andrew and Edwin discuss the progression found in the last few paragraphs, from telling people to pray and sing, to telling them to call on shepherds if they are not strong enough to do this themselves, to telling folks to go bring back those who have been weakened so much they won't call for help. We are to be like Jesus the good Shepherd, going after the one who wanders. It is love. It saves souls from death.
