Is keeping the friendship an act of maturity—or selfishness? At what point does access become emotional manipulation? And how do you protect your peace without villainizing someone else’s heart? This episode challenges listeners to examine their intentions, communication, and accountability—because healing sometimes means letting go of connections that feel familiar but aren’t healthy anymore. If you’ve ever said “we’re just friends” while knowing it wasn’t that simple… this conversation is for you.Real talk.
