To celebrate our triumphant return to posting again, we had to celebrate by sharing our interview with our friend Jay, who with his biz partner Chen-Chen Huo, opened up a bar in San Francisco proper!

We learn about the journey of two college buddies taking on the stereotypical (his words, not ours!) pipe dream of opening up a bar, during a pandemic no less!
