Charlie is a former professional cricketer for Yorkshire County Cricket Club and now works as an Operations Manager. In this pod we discussed his cricketing journey, the impact that long-term injuries can have on a players mental health and dressing room culture in the game. We also discussed Charlie's mental health journey, suicide, self-harm and the ups and downs that come with relapse and recovery. Fatherhood was also on the menu.
