Tom is an Ambassador for The Princes Trust and has worked with the likes of Beat ED, Young Minds and Time for Change. Tom lives with Anorexia and was also diagnosed with Autism when he was 22 years old which he says shaped the way his Eating Disorder impacted his mental health.In this episode, we discuss his journey with his Eating Disorder, his relationship with exercise and sport, bullying and how he turned his life around from his darkest moment.
