While attending 2024’s NAMM Next after a series of happy accidents, Spicer’s Music’s Jessie Osborne found herself full of gratitude and inspired to bring that sense of educational camaraderie to Spicer’s hometown of Auburn, Alabama. This call became Spicer’s Music SheCollective (SheCo), which she founded to help connect, empower, and inspire women in music in the local Spicer’s community by creating a space where female creatives can thrive.
