A quaker and a teacher and came up with the idea of atomic masses. I really liked the fact that he was taken with the weather and how it held the rain. I think it is a sign of ignorance of how they pass on the insight that oxygen holds more water vapour than nitrogen because it is bigger and heavier. They really show their ignorance when not understanding Quantum Physics and the impact of passing on incorrect explanations.
