The end has come for half-price public transport and fuel tax cuts. The Government's announced both subsidies will finish at the end of March.  Half-priced public transport will still be available for Total Mobility and Community Service Cardholders. Public transport users association national coordinator Jon Reeves told Roman Travers getting rid of the subsidies does the opposite to encourage people to get on public transport.
