Jonathan Edwards: Pardon For The Greatest Sinners
from Revived Thoughts · host Revived Thoughts
Jonathan Edwards is one of the most famous preachers in American history and he was famous for the Great Awakening and revivals in America. Edwards life was not easy and he had a lot of conflicts with his church. His sermon, "Pardon for the Greatest Sinners," reminds us that God's forgiveness is for everyone. This is such a simple concept but it is something that we as believers often need to be reminded of. Special thanks to Derek Brown for reading this sermon. Originally from Montana, Derek received his undergraduate degree from The Master’s Univerisity and his M.Div. and Ph.D. from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. He serves as an associate pastor and elder at Creekside Bible Church in Cupertino, California and academic dean at The Cornerstone Bible College and Seminary in Vallejo, California. He lives with his wife and three children in San Jose, California. If you'd like to financially support the show, go to our Patreon!
