Welcome to the Dark Side, Empaths Gone Rogue, a weekly podcast where I share my healing journey with all of you. The last five years I have confronted a lot of ancestral darkness healing through death, rebirth and deep transformation cycles.My process has been very unique and deeply guided, I follow my heart every single day and my Ancestors guide me through stillness and my breath. At age 25, I was a Sports Reporter in New York.I left the industry after burnout and depression and I got back into an old relationship.At 27 I left a 10 year partnership and I was asked to go deeper.At 28 I lived in the mountains of California for an entire year alone.At 29 I had a Kundalini Awakening in Bali, Indonesia.At 30 I went through an intense Dark Knight of the Soul and an identity crisis.Here I am today and I am ready to start sharing my story.
