JOY in 2024 with Adam Lyons

There is this socially formed pressure that new year needs to be a big dramatic change but just remember, every day, every minute, every second that goes by is an opportunity to change something you want to change, to try something new, to reach towards Joy, so we must remember to be kind to ourselves and trust the process of  whatever your resolutions are. Some things aren’t going to happen over night, but it can start whenever you push the button in your brain and your heart to ignite and find whatever you are looking for in your life.  We are all just walking each other home. Floating in the universe, in the depth of the unknown but with a miracle of life and hope inside of us. Its mind-blowing to say the least but just remember, problems you may be facing, feelings you may be suppressing, holding on to things that no longer serve you in your life, let it all go for we are all beyond microscopic bundles of joy in the most bizarre but beautiful creation called life. Find your joy, find your flow of life, find the things that make you feel bright and lighter. May the challenges you might face this year be overcome, may you find your purpose, may you have epiphany’s, realisations, may your manifestations come true, may you have the most glorious joyous year full of the power of JOY! @ItsAdamLyons
