In today’s episode with Kellie and Mikayla, we have joined with us, is our dear friend Lexcee Grant where we introduce the topic of joy in our journey. Our journey all starts somewhere though that journey doesn’t come without heartache. BUT the important thing to remember is that those troubles and trials can produce joy if we let them. It’s one thing to experience joy just because it’s sunny outside and you’ve got the windows rolled down, but it’s a whole other level of joy when we choose it in the middle of terrible news or in the midst of heartbreak. Without troubles, our endurance can’t grow, and without endurance, our faith will fail. There is a purpose in your journey, we encourage you to embrace it.  Scripture Reference: Ecclesiastes 3:1-8 James 1:2-3  Psalm 16:11 ESV  James 1:2 NIV  John 16:24 Proverbs 17:22 Matthew 20:1-16

The New Eve Show Bridget Alabi ABOUT ME----------------------------------------Hi! I'm a Catholic theologian with several years of experience in supporting women to conceive & have healthy pregnancies as a holistic fertility therapist. I do this by teaching the New Eve Method® - a Christian human ecology model that supports women for motherhood the way they were created. We are called to motherhood (Gen 1:28) but motherhood goes beyond giving birth to children & raising them, it is also a way for us to reach perfection in love and make an impact in the world i.e. find holiness (Eph 1:4) through the invitation of a Creator who is Love (1Jn 4:16).On this show, I explore motherhood through the Bible. What is God calling us to do and how can we apply the lessons from the Bible to our own motherhood journey?
