You expect product labels to tell you the truth about what’s inside, but regulators and consumers do not actually have a good grip on what’s in the cannabis on dispensary shelves. Then, local disaster experts say the tragedy unfolding in Texas can be a wake up call, particularly about the risks of flash flooding here.
