June, a Metaphor for Life

from Calmversation · host Tracey C Watson

Summer solstice occurs this month, & in the northern hemisphere, June marks the halfway point between planting & harvesting on the farm.  In my life, June is a month filled with life memories that are very poignant. “The golden memories in the stream of life rush past us & we see nothing but sand; the angels come to visit us & we only know them when they are gone” George Eliot.  Another lovely beginning; my cup of calm overflows and I am ready.
