She is also the founder of Holistic Solutions, where she provides training on holistic healing and Certified Peer Counseling.With over a decade of experience in behavioral health, Sarah has facilitated peer support programs, supervised Certified Peer Support Specialists, and developed tools to enhance service accessibility. She is a national and international presenter on mental health topics, including trauma-informed care, peer support models, and family resilience.Sarah holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and an Associate of Science in Human Services from Columbia College and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Walden University.
